To the best of my understanding a man has this want to feel needed by their woman ... theres this desire to always feel like theyre around to fix something ... a requirement that they have to be needed in order to stay around ... personally i think this is a very valid purpose ... its just like the need a woman has to love and be loved ... but i guess my confusion better yet my displacement lies with the thought of "well what if i dont need to be fixed?" am i just supposed to be single forever.? or am i supposed to lower myself and break myself down, just so some man can "fix me".? im not exactly who the first one was but a dasmel in distress i am not and refuse to be ... Now don't get me wrong YES.! i am independent, but strip a man of his opportunity to be a man.? NO WAY.! im 150% pro men opening doors, picking up the check, and being the head of a household (or relationship) ... But i don't think its necessary for a man to come in a completly break me down in order for them to feel needed ... Isn't there some small satisifaction and security in knowing that if i get a flat tire and call you to tell you that its flat you know im okay because i can change it myself, or would you rather me call you in tears because i don't know what to do.? i don't know i personally feel like in ANY relationship both people should come whole and ready ... With no intentions or breaking the other down in a effort to feel needed. Trust me if the person didn't want you they wouldn't be there .....
